Major League Teams

• Chicago White Sox:
      Back when I was "knee high to a grasshopper" Bill Veck (then the owner of the White Sox), shook my hand at a game, and asked if I was having a good time. After my dad told me who Mr. Veck was, I stopped following my dad's team (the Cubs) and became a Sox fan. Is there any owner of any major team any where that still walks through the park/stadium/arena making sure people are having a good time?
• Indianapolis Colts:
      I was a life long Chicago Bears fan, even after moving to Indianapolis, until the Bears fire Mike Ditka without reason or warning. On hearing that news I stopped following the "Poodles" (so called in a Mike Royko article after Ditka's firing) and started following the Colts.
• Indiana Pacers:
      OK I really can't stand basketball, and would never have followed this "sport", but one can not live in Indiana and not follow basketball. After watching some of the games, including the play offs, and watching the rivalry between the Pacers and the Nicks, I got sucked in (God help me <g>).

Minor League Teams

• Indianapolis Indians:    
      Always support the minor league baseball team in your area (If you have one). These guys play for the love of the sport!
• Indianapolis Ice:
      I haven't followed hockey since I was a kid, but last year (1999) I had the pleasure of going to an Indy Ice game. I plan of going to many more this coming season.
