• These tend to be text or ASCII in nature. They are faster down loading than the applet games, but are very simple in nature.

• These are more robust, but demand some work from your system, and the latest in browsers to play. (usually a 4.+ browser, or higher).

• Java 1.6 is now needed, a few versions back do not work with these older Java files.
