This tutorial presumes you know nothing of HTML
Once you have made your "movie" you probably have
saved it as a .swi file. This is the file type that Swish uses, but you need to
use the export to SWF
and save it as a .swf file for the Flash player, in the visitor's browser, to
use it on your Web site.
Now use the import feature of FrontPage 2000 to bring the swf
file (not the swi file!) into your Web. This
needs to be in the same directory (folder) level as the page that is going to
use the "movie". (You can move it later and FrontPage should recode it for
you, as long as the page that is using it, is not open).
Now click the Export tab in Swish and click
.
Go back to the page in your FrontPage 2000 Web, open it (if
not already open), type in "Place Movie Here" (without the quotation
marks), where you want the movie to be. Then click on the HTML tab. Find Place
Movie Here in the HTML, highlight it, right click on the highlight, and click
paste. (this should paste the code form Swish to your page).
Save page and preview in browser. Your movie should
show up right where you wanted it.
